Manchester United have seven transfer options to save Ineos millions this summer

Manchester United is being careful with spending under Ineos, and luckily, there are some great deals available this summer. Save this for later. They had hoped, though did not really expect, that the club would acquire a striker to strengthen the team for the rest of the season. Nevertheless, according to MEN Sport, it was decided not to pursue a temporary solution this winter and to save funds for the summer transfer window instead. Although this was a commendable choice, especially given the Glazers’ tendency for impulse purchases, it also carried a level of risk. Together, Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee have managed to score just five goals in the Premier League, resulting in United having a goal difference of -6. Until the transfer window reopens in June, United can only sign free agents if they wish to have new players join immediately. In contrast to the summer, the latter part of the season provides limited chances for clubs to acquire players who are not signed with any team. The most significant free agent at the moment is Paul Pogba. The French player is currently clubless after receiving a suspension due to a positive drug test. His updated suspension from professional football lasts 43 months and concludes in March, allowing the midfielder to join a team to regain his fitness prior to his comeback. Speculations about Pogba’s return have been particularly mentioned by Rio Ferdinand.
