Manchester United legend Wayne Rooney and his former England teammate Steven Gerrard are reportedly head-to-head to become the next Rangers manager.. The current boss of the Glaswegian giants – Philippe Clement – is under increased scrutiny after being knocked out of the Scottish Cup by Queen’s Park at Ibrox on Sunday. Hopes of silverware in the league are fading fast with arch rivals Celtic 13 points ahead of them in the table..
