Manchester United could finally do what Ralf Rangnick recommended in transfer market

Manchester United indicated that they intended to increase their spending in the summer. They claimed to be financially restricted until the last day of the transfer window, but were able to sign Sofyan Amrabat on loan using some of the money they received from Dean Henderson’s disappointing £15 million transfer fee. Fortunately, their spending was limited as they continue to struggle with making wise financial decisions. Amrabat’s transfer fee was initially €10m, but Matt Hargreaves was able to negotiate a €20m option to buy the midfielder, which was seen as a success. The arrival of Amrabat generated excitement among fans on social media. He took part in a World Cup and faced off against Kylian Mbappe. Forget about the warning signs of having previously played under Erik ten Hag at Utrecht or being part of a mediocre Serie A team (Fiorentina are currently in eighth place). Until 2019, Italy was a place where United players who were not successful were being sent. Although John Murtough may not have much time left as a football director, he is currently in charge of planning United’s recruitment for the upcoming summer transfer window, while Dan Ashworth waits for a new season in his garden. It is uncertain whether the director and manager will continue their partnership for a third consecutive summer. United is still keeping an eye on the Everton duo. Fans in the stands reacted predictably to Fernandes’ moment against Everton.
