Speculation of their split first arose after The Daily Mail reported that Dune actor Timothée and The Kardashian’s star Kylie had split after two years together. Saying that Timothée had ‘broken up with Kylie,’ a source claimed, ‘This has happened before, but she talked him into getting back together. She is crazy about him so that could well happen again.’
Another source added, ‘There is trouble in paradise, but they aren’t completely over. He is filming quite a bit, and she feels that she has to chase him. She is putting in the work more than him.’

Neither Kylie nor Timothee have commented on their split – so take the above with a pinch of salt.
The rumours first arose after fans noticed that Timothée was missing from Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday bash, failing to appear in the myriad pictures posted, despite attending other major events with Kylie like the Golden Globes and the BAFTAS. Social media was certain that the actor would be among the star studded guest list for the party at Jeff Bezos’s mansion, which saw the likes of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attend.
It came after Timothée played coy about his relationship during a recent interview with Vogue. The magazine noted that Timothée ‘will not talk about his relationship,’ before he added, ‘I don’t say that with any fear, I just don’t have anything to say.’
However, amid the split rumours, People have now reported that Kylie and Timothée are very much still together. ‘They’re great,’ an insider told the platform, ‘[and they’ve made an] effort to see each other every few weeks. He has a few days off for the holidays, so they’re making plans.’
‘Timothée talked about Kylie all the time while filming Marty Supreme,’ another source continued. Noting that the reality star even flew to New York to visit Timothée on set, they added, ‘They’re really in love.’
As for Timmy’s vanishing act at Kris Jenner’s birthday bash, one insider told the website that it was simply down to prior commitments. The actor was said to be out of the country filming Dune: Part Three when the party took place.
After rumours hit headlines, Kylie appeared to hint on social media that everything was well in their relationship. Hours after rumours of their split surfaced, Timothee shared a video of the trailer for his upcoming film Marty Supreme. Among the thousands of likes on the post was one from Kylie herself, suggesting that the pair are on good terms.
Of course, it’s not the first time the pair have found their relationship hitting headlines. Kylie and Timothée – who were first linked in April 2023 – were reported to have split during summer. The couple soon put the rumours to bed with a Budapest coffee date in August, with an insider telling People that Timmy’s ‘gruelling’ schedule was the reason for their distance.
‘Timothee’s been filming Dune in a studio in Budapest, and Kylie’s a mom [who] works as well,’ they explained, referencing Kylie’s daughter Stormi, seven, and Aire, three, who she shares with ex Travis Scott.
‘They’re making it work though,’ they added. ‘They FaceTime most days. They miss each other and are totally fine.’
