Following Selling Sunset season nine, Chrishell Stause has taken to Instagram comments to open up about her co-stars – alleging that certain topics were off the table when it came to Bre Tiesi.

Taking to Instagram comments, Chrishell was reported as giving fans an insight into what happens behind the scenes of the upcoming Selling Sunset reunion. Opening up about her tense relationships with both Bre Tiesi and new agent Sandra Vergara, Chrishell wrote, ‘Yes, another dig about pronouns was laughed about with Sandra & Bre at the reunion as well.’

She continued, ‘We aren’t allowed to talk about Bre’s lawsuit or it gets cut, where she degrades multiple people (some I know) and proof of her texts berating people using LGBTQ slurs as part of the evidence against her. A mutual showed me things (including how she spoke about G and that was it for me).’

As of yet, Tiesi has not responded. However, the comments have once again spurred interest in Tiesi’s legal battle, which was filed last year against the Selling Sunset star.

What is Bre Tiesi’s lawsuit about?

Last year, news broke that Bre Tiesi’s former employees had filed a lawsuit against the Selling Sunset star for allegedly creating a hostile work environment. According to the April filing obtained by PEOPLE, the lawsuit was filed by three of Bre’s former employees: Lucy Poole (her former nanny), Amanda Bustard (her former social media manager), and Kenneth Gomez (her former personal assistant and stylist.) In the document, Tiesi was referred to as a ‘social media personality who has more than 1.4 million followers, numerous brand deals, and was/is featured on Netflix’s hit series Selling Sunset, in which Ms. Tiesi-Moran developed a reputation for instigating dramatic and explosive confrontations with colleagues.’

The employees – who are referred to as ‘plaintiffs’ throughout the filing – allege that they were ‘harassed, discriminated against, and/or retaliated against on the basis of their sex, gender, and/or sexual orientation’ by Tiesi. As a result, the document alleges that the ‘Plaintiffs suffered severe emotional distress, loss of earnings, and loss of employment benefits, among other things.’

As per the filing, Poole was allegedly hired as a nanny for Tiesi. Alongside tending to Bre’s son Legendary Love (who she shares with Nick Cannon), Poole also ‘ran errands, cleaned the house, acted as a personal assistant, and completed numerous other jobs and related tasks for Ms. Tiesi-Moran.’

Alleging that Poole suffers from a ‘mental disability,’ the filing reports that Poole was called names during her employment with Tiesi, including ‘ADHD idiot.’ It also alleged Poole was treated in a ‘vulgar and violent’ manner if a task ‘was not performed to her satisfaction.’

Per PEOPLE, former social media manager Bustard alleged that they too were subjected to ‘inappropriate and violent behaviour.’ Bustard claimed they witness Tiesi ‘threaten other employees with physical violence.’

Meanwhile, Gomez – who described himself as a ‘member of the LGBTQ community’ – claimed that Tiesi would ‘repeatedly make derogatory and demeaning comments about members of the LGBTQ community.’

In addition to their claims, the filing also alleged that Tiesi ‘violated various California Labor Code sections regarding hours, conditions, and payment of wages.’ In court documents obtained by Page Six, it was reported that the plaintiffs requested $4,250,000 each to ‘recover damages and obtain other remedies afforded to them by law.’

What has Bre Tiesi said about the lawsuit?

According to court documents obtained by In Touch, Tiesi denies all allegations of wrongdoing in the suit. Her lawyer argues that she did not allow harassment and exercised ‘reasonable care to correct promptly any alleged harassing, discriminatory or retaliatory behaviour.’

As of current, it appears the lawsuit is still pending.

What have Bre Tiesi’s Selling Sunset co-stars said?

In a Q&A on Instagram after season eight, Chrishell revealed that she and Bre were no longer friends. When asked if the pair were on speaking terms, Chrishell revealed how she initially grew distant based on Bre’s fallout with fellow realtor Chelsea Lazkani, before later learning about the lawsuit.

She explained, ‘This one has some nuance to it and is a little painful to answer, obviously. There was an element of, I could see where Bre was trying to do the right thing and we are on a reality show, so there are pieces of the puzzle that I could understand. All of that being said, of course I understand where Chelsea is coming from.’

‘That’s why I was really caught in the middle of seeing both sides. That being said, there was a lawsuit that came out afterwards and I unfortunately got some insider looks into some of that. I’ll just leave it at that.’
