If there’s one thing better than watching our Selling Sunset realtors tackle staircases in their impressive heels, it’s seeing more of Chrishell Stause and G Flip on our screens.

Ever since announcing their relationship during Selling Sunset‘s season five reunion in May 2022, G Flip and Chrishell have become fan favourites among the show’s loyal viewers. Supporters of self expression and loving whoever you want, the couple are known for bringing plenty of life’s real moments onto the Netflix show – tackling subjects such as family planning, gender identity, and life as a queer couple.

In fact, sparking conversations was one of the reasons G Flip agreed to join their partner on the Netflix show. Despite branding Selling Sunset as being ‘real toxic,’ G Flip explained, ‘Representation is so important for the queer space – and to show healthy queer relationships and non-binary representation. So when I say yes to going on the show, it’s for that reason and to support my wife.’

With season nine finally landing on Netflix on 29 October, here’s everything to know about G Flip…

Who is G Flip?

G Flip is a singer/songwriter and musician who is also known for appearing on Netflix’s Selling Sunset alongside their wife Chrishell Stause. Having toured the world, G Flip is best known for songs including ‘Be Your Man,’ ‘The Worst Person Alive,’ and a now viral cover of Taylor Swift’s ‘Cruel Summer.’

How old is G Flip and where are they from?

Born 22 September, 1993 and raised in Melbourne, Australia, Georgia Claire ‘G Flip’ Flipo is currently 32 years old. For our astrology fans, this also makes them a hardworking and practical Virgo (the perfect match for nurturing and loyal Cancer Chrishell.)

Currently 44 years old, Selling Sunset‘s Chrishell has previously opened up about online criticism over their 12-year age gap. Speaking to Vogue Australia about the ‘unbelievable flood of trolling,’ she shared, ‘Every day I’m seeing like three positive comments and then hundreds of puke emojis and midlife crisis comments. At first, it felt so heavy.’

What does G Flip do?

G Flip is an award-winning musician, most notably known for singing and drumming. Their musical talents started young, after their uncle gifted them their first drum kit at nine years old. After being encouraged by their high school drum teacher to pursue a professional career as a musician, a 19-year-old G Flip then drummed for the band EMPRA for two years.

After deciding to give a ‘red hot crack’ at forging a solo career, G Flip began writing and producing music from their bedroom. In 2018, they released their debut single ‘About You’ – and within a week, it had been featured on YouTube’s ‘New Music This Week’ playlist. Describing the single as a ‘little bedroom song,’ G Flip said at the time, ‘Never in my my wildest dreams would I think that what has just happened would happen. I can’t tell you how much I’ve cried, I’m so dehydrated right now.’ The following year, they went on to release their debut album About Us.

It marked a turning point for the drummer. In 2018, they won the ARIA Emerging Artists Scholarship, which gifts a musician free Virgin Atlantic flights up to the value of $30,000 to help with the cost of touring. The following year, they won the Breakthrough Independent Artist Of The Year award at the Australian Independent Record Awards.

What are G Flip’s pronouns?

G Flip announced in June 2021 that they identifies as non-binary, using they/them pronouns. Later explaining what it means to be non-binary, they said, ‘If strawberries were girls and blueberries were boys and you put them in a blender, you’d get a gender smoothie. I am a gender smoothie.’

Since then, the drummer has become a role model for the community. Opening up in 2022, G Flip said, ‘I want to be that person I never had as a kid, because I know how it feels.’ On International Non-Binary People’s Day, they released their track ‘Waste of Space.’ Exploring their own experience, lyrics read, ‘I don’t feel like I’m a girl/ Nor a boy, so where do I lie? Have you ever felt like a waste of space.’

As for G Flip’s sexuality, it’s something they’ve also spoke openly about. Talking toINTO in 2018, they said, ‘I don’t hide the fact I’m gay at all… It’s in my music because it’s in my life, and I think it makes other queer people feel heard. Kind of like their feelings are valid and safe.’

How did Chrishell Stause and G Flip meet?

The couple were first connected after meeting at a Halloween party, with Chrishell going on to appear in the music video for G Flip’s ‘GET ME OUTTA HERE’. Dropping in May 2022, the video features everything from Chrishell tattooing G Flip’s leg, to some rather steamy PDA.

During _Selling Sunset’_s season five reunion in May 2022, Chrishell revealed to the cast that she’d moved on from her brief romance with Jason Oppenheim. ‘I recently have been spending a lot of time with someone that’s very important to me. Their name is G Flip. They’re non-binary, so they go by they/them. And they are an extremely talented musician,’ she shared.

In March 2023, G Flip and Chrishell celebrated their one-year anniversary – with Chrishell gushing, ‘Our first year is gonna be hard to beat, but here’s to trying!’ Months later, G Flip went live with perhaps the most romantic gesture to date, penning the love song ‘Be Your Man’ for the Netflix star.

Was Chrishell Stause going to appear on a dating show?

Although you wouldn’t guess it now, there was a time when this romance was on a tight ‘deadline’ – with Chrishell set to do a ‘Bachelorette-style dating show to find her partner.’ She revealed to Us Weekly earlier this year, ‘Initially, our relationship was going to be more of a fleeting type of thing.’

However, it was a trip to Australia that changed everything. G Flip shared, ‘Chrishell asked me, “Are you still going to watch [my dating show]?” I’d fallen in love, so I said, “Absolutely not. I don’t want to see you making out with other people.’

Looking for ‘any sign for [G] to tell me not to do the show,’ Chrishell added, ‘That’s when we had the “I love you” conversation. I quit the show and disappointed a lot of people. When it started to get real, I couldn’t do life without G.’

When did G Flip and Chrishell Stause marry?

In May 2023, Chrishell revealed on Instagram that she and G Flip had tied the knot in Las Vegas, writing, ‘Love doesn’t always go as planned… Sometimes it’s immeasurably better.’ It was an intimate ceremony, with ‘some friends and family watching on a live stream.’ Much to the disappointment of fans, the Selling Sunset star also confirmed that their wedding day would not feature on the series, saying, ‘It’s also important to keep some things for us.’

Of course, one wedding was never enough. The pair renewed their vows in Australia, before exchanging vows for a third time during a medieval-inspired ceremony as a Los Angeles castle in July. Sharing snaps from their unique nuptials, G Flip joked, ‘We celebrate our love like a birthday and a medieval theme is funny af.’

Will there be more weddings? There may well be! Chrishell previously told E!, ‘We promised we’re going to just do it every year, whether it’s another Vegas situation or somewhere else.’

Do Chrishell and G Flip have children?

The couple have been open about their hopes to one day start a family. Speaking on a 2022 episode of the People Every Day podcast, G Flip said, ‘I’ve always loved kids. Definitely one day that’ll be in my future. It honestly changes the world and it normalises same-sex relationships and family structures. Two people who have the same sex organs can still have children.’

Earlier this year, Chrishell also gave her Instagram followers an update on the couple’s fertility journey. She wrote, ‘Back on the IVF hell train. I think this may be my last attempt. There are other alternatives, but this route needed to be tried first bc of timing.’ She added, ‘If it’s meant to be, it will be. If not, pivot.’

It comes after Chrishell revealed in March 2025 that she and G Flip had also explored the possibility of adoption. ‘It’s been a bumpy road,’ she explained. ‘We’ve kept the details a little under wraps, just because I don’t think it helps anybody to go into all the details. I’ll just say to anyone that understands this [adoption] process – there are just a lot of different roadblocks, and so we do feel like we’re on the upswing.’
