It was confirmed yesterday that England forward Lauren James would be available for the final after an issue with her ankle meant she was forced off at half-time of the Lionesses’ extra-time semi-final comeback over Italy.
England boss Sarina Wiegman has only made two changes to her starting XIs throughout the tournament – bringing in Ella Toone against the Netherlands and Esme Morgan for the semi-final against Italy.
Wiegman conceded Euro 2025 has been the “craziest” run of tournament matches in her managerial career.

It also took a dramatic penalty shootout win over Sweden to keep their title hopes alive and reach the semi-final, as England looked as though they were going out in extra time.
The Prince of Wales also wished the Lionesses good luck as they aim for back-to-back European titles.
