Lane, 36, of Bourneside Gardens in Beckenham, also pleaded guilty to stealing £40 of goods from Sainsbury’s in Honor Oak on June 2.
Middleton, 34, of Dalrymple Road in Crofton Park, admitted three more thefts including raiding the steak fridge at the same Sainsbury’s also on the same day as Lane.
This was not the first time the pair have been convicted of shoplifting offences together.
In 2019 the pair were jailed for stealing chocolate in Sidcup.
At Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, July 3, Middleton was remanded in custody.
She will be sentenced on July 22.
Lane was released on conditional bail until he’s sentenced on August 28.
