Smith must pay the compensation in £20 monthly instalments starting July 23, 2025.

Abu Massaquoi, 19, of Rowcross Street, Southwark, appeared on June 25, 2025, and must pay £282 in a fine and costs after pleading guilty to possessing four bags of cannabis, a Class B drug, on October 7, 2024, in London, in the Borough of Southwark.

Danny Slattery, 46, of Lighthouse View, Greenwich, appeared on March 10, 2025, and was given a 12-month conditional discharge and banned from driving for 12 months after pleading guilty to driving a black BMW 1 Series on Manor Road, Erith, with at least 2.4 micrograms of THC in his blood—above the legal limit—on August 11, 2024.

Magistrates imposed a 24-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered him not to contact the victim for a year.

No costs or victim-surcharge were imposed because compensation takes priority, with payments set at £20 a month from July 26, 2025.

Shane Lawrie, 43, of Westhorne Avenue, Eltham, appeared on June 26, 2025, and was fined £80 after pleading guilty to breaching a criminal behaviour order in Lewisham on June 24, 2025.

The order, made by Bexley Magistrates’ Court on August 30, 2024, barred him from having drug paraphernalia; police found items including cannabis grinders, crack pipes, and syringes.
