In Eltham, single-storey rear extensions are on the rise, with prior approvals lodged for 80 Bournbrook Road (ref: 25/1811/PN1), 216 Footscray Road (ref: 25/1783/PN1), and 106 Elibank Road (ref: 25/1787/PN1).
These proposals follow the standard six-metre projection permitted under development rights.
Tree management applications have increased in conservation areas across Blackheath.
One submission includes the removal of three Cypress trees at 19A Parkgate (ref: 25/1809/TC).
Another seeks to remove a lime tree at 76 Coleraine Road (ref: 25/1772/TC), while crown work to a cedar tree is proposed at 13 St Germans Place (ref: 25/1768/TC).
In Plumstead and Kidbrooke, several certificate of lawfulness applications have been submitted for hip-to-gable loft conversions and rear dormers on Benares Road, Majendie Road, and Kentmere Road (refs: 25/1805/CP, 25/1761/CP, 25/1759/CP).
Signage and commercial space have also seen activity.

Other residential proposals include converting a ground-floor commercial unit to residential use at 21 Burney Street (ref: 25/1754/PN2) and a change of use to a seven-bed house in multiple occupation at 58 St Margarets Terrace (ref: 25/1693/F).
Additionally, an outbuilding is proposed for a rear garden in Charlton (ref: 25/1682/F).
The Hall at Foxes Dale has applied to remove several trees for safety reasons (ref: 25/1753/TP), while Royal Parks has submitted further upgrade plans for Greenwich Park (refs: 25/1562/SD and 25/1560/L).
