Wave of planning applications includes new homes and extensions across Greenwich

A retrospective rear extension at 52 Gourock Road in Eltham has been submitted (ref: 25/1695/HD), alongside a proposed first-floor addition to an existing extension at 120 Eltham Green Road (ref: 25/1624/F).

Loft conversions continue to prove popular.

Applications for hip-to-gable dormers and roofline alterations have been lodged at 76 Crathie Road in Eltham (ref: 25/1672/CP) and 32 Thaxted Road in New Eltham (ref: 25/1661/CP).

Several single-storey rear extensions have also been proposed under permitted development rights.

These include schemes at 96C Greenvale Road in Eltham (ref: 25/1713/PN1), 56 Camdale Road in Plumstead (ref: 25/1692/PN1), and 44 Rathmore Road in Charlton (ref: 25/1678/CP).

On the commercial and infrastructure side, Greenwich Railway Station has submitted changes to materials and drawings (ref: 25/1702/SD), while the Greenwich Post Office is updating its servicing and delivery logistics (ref: 25/1681/SD).

Larger developments also continue to move forward.

The Teviot Estate (ref: 25/1698/K) and Morden Wharf (refs: 25/1699/I106, 25/1714/I106) have both submitted planning strategy documents and environmental statements as part of ongoing, long-term redevelopment plans.

Elsewhere, plans for a two-bedroom rooftop apartment at 1 Station Approach, Southside (ref: 25/1594/F) have been brought forward, and 75 Plum Lane in Plumstead (ref: 25/1466/F) is proposed for conversion into an eight-bedroom house in multiple occupation (HMO).

At 92 Eltham Hill, landscaping changes and a new driveway form the focus of another application (ref: 25/1292/HD).

Tree management continues to feature prominently in the planning register.

A yew tree at 118 Humber Road in Blackheath is set for removal (ref: 25/1745/TC).

Meanwhile, crown reductions are proposed for lime and holm oaks along Vanbrugh Park (refs: 25/1729/TC, 25/1728/TC).

In Eltham, a black poplar at 34B Foyle Road is scheduled for deadwood clearance to improve safety (ref: 25/1687/TP).
