Coleen Rooney shared during her latest appearance on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here that she feels it’s more ‘nerve-racking’ to watch her husband Wayne manage than to see him play football. Coleen recently participated in the newest series of the popular ITV show and was named runner-up on Sunday night. Danny Jones from McFly was crowned King of the Jungle after competing in the final alongside Coleen and Rev Richard Coles. While her mother, father, and two of her children were present to welcome her out of the jungle, Wayne stayed in the UK because of his responsibilities as the manager of Plymouth Argyle. He signed with the Championship team during the summer but has had a frustrating beginning in the second division. A recent report suggested that he is struggling to retain his position. Coleen, who has been married to the former Everton and Manchester United striker since 2008, shared her thoughts on what it’s like being the wife of a football manager. She mentioned that it’s more challenging to watch her husband in a managerial role than when he was a player. Danny Jones started the discussion by jokingly asking, “Can you tell Wayne to go and manage Bolton for me?” Perform well in that role. Is he loving managing? Rooney responded, “Yes, he enjoys it, but it is quite challenging.”
