Alan Shearer expressed concerns about John Stones and Phil Foden’s positions on the England team following their performance against Denmark. Shearer expressed his disapproval of England’s tactics in the match against Denmark. He compared how Stones and Foden have been used by Pep Guardiola at Manchester City to their performances for England at Euro 2024 up to now. “Man City’s domination proves there is no chance for their opponents, Southgate suggests and challenges others to step up.” Man City are approaching a deadline for a £100 million transfer.
