Jurgen Klopp criticized Manchester United’s performance against Liverpool, indicating that if they played the same way against Arsenal, they would definitely lose. Despite leading 1-0 at half-time with 15 shots compared to United’s zero, Liverpool conceded an audacious equalizer from Bruno Fernandes followed by a majestic goal from Kobbie Mainoo to put United ahead 2-1. Mohamed Salah’s 84th-minute penalty salvaged a draw for Liverpool, but they will regret dropping points against a struggling United team that has only won one of their last six Premier League games. United fans taunted Klopp with chants of “Jurgen’s cracking up” both during the match and at full-time as he walked towards the tunnel. Klopp held his hand to his ear as a reaction. If Liverpool are still in the running for the title, Klopp indicated he may support Manchester United when they face league leaders Arsenal at Old Trafford next month. Klopp stated, “Most likely.” It would be wonderful if we were still here at that time. Arsenal is a successful soccer team.
