Manchester United get double team news boost ahead of Liverpool FA Cup tie

After being sidelined for two months with a leg injury, Manchester United’s full back Aaron Wan-Bissaka has resumed training. He has not played in United’s past nine games since the 2-2 draw with Tottenham on January 14. Manager Erik ten Hag has hinted that Wan-Bissaka could be ready to face Liverpool in the FA Cup quarter-final. This return to fitness could mean that Victor Lindelof’s time filling in at left back may be coming to an end. The center back moved to the full back position when Luke Shaw got injured last month. Diogo Dalot, who has been the only healthy full back for United recently, has played in the last 13 matches without any injuries. The last time Dalot and Wan-Bissaka were on the same team against Spurs, Wan-Bissaka played as a left back. To learn more, read about Murtough and Hargreaves’ visit to Barcelona. Ten Hag has suggested that he is willing to adapt to Manchester United’s updated recruitment process. Ten Hag acknowledged last week that not having a specialized left back was a problem. We discuss one of the things that frustrates me the most, which is when a player is unavailable. It becomes even more frustrating when two players are unavailable throughout the season, making it very difficult for the team to recover. However, we managed to handle it in the best way possible, although it is still a disadvantage. Mason Mount has returned to training after being away for four months. Ten Hag indicated that Mount is expected to make a comeback in the Premier League match against Brentford after the international break on March 30. Shaw, Lisandro Martinez, Luke Shaw, and Anthony Martial will all be absent for United’s upcoming cup match.
